Clinical Considerations During Acute Coronary Syndrome in the Post-Partum Period: A Case Report

Abstract Background Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a common and under-recognized cause of myocardial infarction during the post-partum period. Case Summary We report case young women presenting with chest pain in Her clinical appearance was that angiography indicative Type 2 spontaneous (SCAD). The patients had persistent pain, reduced left ventricular function critical anterior descending stenosis. Percutaneous intervention done caution. Shared decision making patient helped guide medical treatment plan follow up. Discussion discuss considerations surrounding management this patient.
